Working Method about the busbar bending machine

Before operation
1. Before the first start-up, the oil tank must be filled to avoid damage to the oil pump.

4. Work in the right way to stop and get rid of danger as soon as possible in case of failure.

In operation
1. The installation, debugging (die alignment, blade clearance adjustment) or dismantling of the die must be carried out by personnel familiar with the machine in accordance with the specified procedures.
2. When the machine is in normal operation, do not put the handle or part of the body between the upper and lower molds (blades) to avoid accidents.
3. All sundries and tools shall not be placed on the workbench, so as to avoid accidents caused by rolling into the die or knife edge.
4. Since the machine can be operated by many people, there must be a special person in charge of production.
5. Be sure to select the gap between the cutting blade and the die and the radius of the bending fillet according to the thickness of the copper bus bar (or aluminum bus bar).
6. Stop the machine when changing the mold to avoid danger.
7. During operation, be careful when holding the workpiece and waiting for the slider to go down.
8. The blade and die edge sharpness shall be checked regularly. If the edge is found to be blunt, it shall be polished or replaced in time.
9、 Keep the oil clean and the oil circuit unblocked, and add lubricating oil to the moving parts of each unit every shift.
10. The electrical and hydraulic components must be flexible and incorrect position. In case of any abnormal phenomenon, they must be stopped immediately for an inspection.
After operation
After the operation, it is necessary to shut down the machine safely in the following order:

(2) Turn off the power switch on the operation panel.
